From the initial call with Barbara to having a tech come out the same day to take a look at our sprinkler system that seems to be staining the driveway with rust was top shelf service.

Mario, fixed our sprinkler heads so they now spray the lawn. He also discussed a filtration system that would perhaps help alleviate any further staining. He also noticed that we had an outdated irrigation system for our potted plants. He said he could fix it for us, he was able to fix half of the job and apologized to us for not having an additional system to complete the job today. He said he would have an email sent to us with dates and times of our choosing for the scheduling of his return for the following week

Mario was so professional, knowledgeable and an all around outstanding individual. He answered all our questions, gave us information on a stain removal product for the driveway stains and suggested that we may want to consider installing that filtration system.

This company has superior personnel. When my sprinkler system sprang a leak on a Sunday night, and I could not turn it off, Matt returned my phone call at 9:44 p.m. and patiently explained what to do, but I could not accomplish it in the dark. When I called the office the next morning at 8:00 a.m. Barbara was kind and efficient. Twp technicians arrived two hours later, a good hour before any of the other companies I had called the night before even called me back.

The techs immediately turned off the water which had been running for fifteen hours. Then they installed new equipment, including a shut-off valve so that I would never have to worry about how to turn off the water again. They also replaced and reoriented sprinkler heads which had not been serviced properly for many years.

These techs are an immeasurable asset to the company. Mario is not only superbly skilled at what he does, he is a joy to work with--enthusiastic, funny enough to instantly alleviate anxiety but also interesting to talk to, a highly intelligent, seriously spiritual person. As he worked he carefully mentored Luke, his young assistant, who impressed me as remarkably kind and sensitive for his age.

Overall, your company lives up to its stated promises of being prompt, courteous, and helpful. I couldn't be more pleased.

Fantastic service - Technician diagnosed the pump issue right away, fixed a broken pipe and checked all of the sprinkler heads. Worked very quickly, communicated very well and in general from my first call to, appointment reminder, to the actual work done, I am extremely happy!
